TURKEY NOODLE BAKE | |
1 1/2 c. milk 10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup 3 eggs, beaten 3 oz. fine noodles (cooked and drained, about 2 cups) 2 c. cooked turkey 1 c. soft bread crumbs 4 oz. sharp processed American cheese, shredded (1 c.) 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 tbsp. chopped canned pimento 1/2 tsp. each of marjoram, basil, thyme and savory Blend milk into one 10 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup. Stir in eggs. Add noodles, 2 cups cooked turkey, bread crumbs, shredded cheese, green pepper, melted butter and pimento. Turn into 12 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 or 40 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cut in squares to serve. |
