LISA'S FRUIT CUP SALAD | |
1 watermelon 1 sm. jar red cherries 1 pineapple, cut into sm. pieces 6 apples, peeled and cut into sm. pieces 2 lbs. seedless green grapes 4 peaches, cut into sm. pieces Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise. Hollow out with spoon. Keep all of the watermelon to cut up and place back into shell. Remove seeds. Cut up all fruit, mix. Cut a design along the top edge of the watermelon shell to look like little mountains. Place all of the fruit back into shell. Serve in shell. You can mix the cherries in with the fruit or decorate the edge of the shell with cherries, held with toothpicks. |
