CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 head shredded cabbage
2 green onions (I use 1 or 2 bunches!)
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 pkg. Top Ramen, uncooked (dry soup)

Toast: 1/2 c. sliced almonds

Four minutes in microwave to cut down on oil.

DRESSING:

Mix: 1/2 c. oil 3 tbsp. vinegar (gourmet) 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix salad ingredients. Add noodles, nuts and seeds and dressing right before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
