CHICKEN SESAME 
4 boned chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2-3 eggs, slightly eaten
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sesame seed
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs

Mix flour with salt and pepper. Dry chicken with paper towel. Roll breasts in seasoned flour. Mix bread crumbs and sesame seed. Dip breasts in egg, roll in bread crumbs and sesame seed. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 30 minutes. Melt butter in frying pan and saute chicken until lightly brown. Place in baking dish and pour butter over top and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender.
