BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (14-16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (14-16 oz.) can butter (big lima) beans
1 (14-16 oz.) can green beans
1 (14-16 oz.) can yellow beans
1 (14-16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon
2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
1/6 c. vinegar

Drain green, yellow and butter beans. Combine all 5 cans of beans. Cook bacon until brown. Brown onions in bacon fat. Mix brown sugar, vinegar and ketchup together. Add to beans with bacon and onions. Place in a large casserole. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours or 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be made ahead and reheated or frozen for longer periods. If reheated, heat at 350 degrees until heated through. Serves 18-20.
