1/4 lb. butter 1 c. vanilla wafers 1 c. angel flake coconut 1 c. chocolate chips (6 oz.) 2 oz. nuts (pecans or walnuts) 1 can Eagle Brand milk All ingredients are layered in baking pan (11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches). Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers and coconut. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts of your choice. Dribble can of milk on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
