MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (16 oz.) box macaroni
1 cup sharp shredded cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cups half and half
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil macaroni according to package for 7 minutes; drain. Add macaroni, eggs, half and half and cubed Velveeta cheese together in a greased casserole dish. Mix sharp and Monterey cheeses together. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese to macaroni. Put 1/2 cup aside. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and dabs of butter.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

May add ham if desired.
