RHUBARB JAM | |
5 c. peeled, cut up rhubarb 4 c. sugar 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 pkg. Jello, raspberry or strawberry Cut rhubarb in 1/2" slices. Add sugar and pineapple. Cook until it thickens. Stir often. Remove from stove. Add Jello and mix it in slowly. Put in sterilized jelly glasses. |
