MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT 
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

2 cans Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 c. lemon juice
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
1 can mandarin orange slices

Crust: Cream butter, flour and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Filling: Layer 1 - Mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice. Spread over cool crust. Layer 2 - Sprinkle nuts over mix. Layer 3 - Spread on Cool Whip. Layer 4 - Top with mandarin orange slices. Chill at least 4 hours; better if overnight.
