MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT | |
2 wrapped stacks Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Reserve 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top. Pack remaining crumbs into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk, orange juice and oranges together. Spoon over crust and sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs on top. Refrigerate. Makes 12 to 15 servings. |
