SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
40 chicken wings into 3 sections. Boil wing tips in water to produce about 2 cups broth. Roll another 2 wing sections in cornstarch, then dip in beaten egg. Fry wings in butter until golden brown and place in baking dish.

SAUCE:

2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. ketchup
5 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 oz. lemon juice
4 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. pineapple juice

Cook until sugar is dissolved and pour over chicken wings. Pour pineapple juice over mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can remove cover for 10 minutes to brown pineapple pieces.
