CHICKEN WINGS SWEET AND SOUR 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 c. solid all vegetable shortening
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. salt

Brown and drain wings in shortening. Add remaining ingredients to skillet, after draining drippings. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally; boil gently for 5 minutes. Add wings, simmer covered, 15 minutes.
