SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1/4 c. shortening
1 can (12 oz.) pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Season chicken and brown in hot skillet. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boiling and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken. Cook, covered on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Place in rectangular casserole dish. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
