SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil

Combine the above ingredients to make the marinade. Cut up chicken wings discarding the third joint and marinate in sauce at least overnight. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. NOTE: You might want to line the cookie sheet with foil.
