SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
10-12 chicken wings
2/3 c. cornstarch

SAUCE:

1/2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar

Dip meat in egg, then cornstarch and garlic salt. Brown them in oil. Sauce - pour over browned meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
