SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
10 oz. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard (Guldens)
2 dashes garlic powder
3 lbs. of chicken

Cut wings in 3rds, discard tips. Marinate 2 hours or more. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 3 lbs. of chicken.
