SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. pork
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley

Mix meatball mixture thoroughly. Shape into balls, brown in 1/4 cup oil. Remove meatballs and make gravy.

GRAVY:

1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Stir in 2 cups boiling water and 3/4 cup sour cream. Return meatballs and simmer.
