RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
Wash and cut rhubarb in 1/2 inch pieces and fill unbaked pie crust to within 1/2 inch of top.

Blend 2 eggs and 1 cup sugar well, add 1/2 cup milk, blend and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until custard is set. Very good and very easy.
