SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. meal
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. chopped onions
3 tbsp. chopped hot pepper (or as desired)

Mix all ingredients together and cook at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
