1 slice pumpernickel bread
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 slice turkey white breast
1/2 inch slice lettuce

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. beets, grated
1/3 c. green olives, sliced

Mix well with a hand beater and pour over the lettuce.
