CAFE SWISS MOCHA 
1/4 c. powdered non-fat dairy creamer or non-fat dry milk
1/4 c. instant coffee
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa

Shake in jar to mix. Use 1 level tablespoon, to 6 ounces boiling water. Put 1 heaping teaspoon into 1 cup cold water; heat in microwave for 1 minute, 15 seconds; let sit a moment; stir.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
