SHRIMP SAUCE ON CAULIFLOWER 
2 pkg. cauliflower
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter

Cook cauliflower until tender. Mix soup with sour cream and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Put cooked cauliflower in casserole dish. Cover with soup mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until top is browned, about 20 minutes.
