GOLDEN CARROT RICE BAKE | |
3 c. shredded carrots 3 c. cooked rice 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese 1/2 c. milk 2 beaten eggs 2 tbsp. chopped onions 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. shredded cheese (separate from the other cheese) Combine first 5 ingredients, stir in onion, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 50 to 60 minutes. Serves 8. |
