HAM-CHEESE-EGG BAKE 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese grated
1 lb. cooked ham, diced thin
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped

Coat 9 x 13-inch baking pan with butter. Add 1 1/2 packages crescent rolls in bottom of pan. Spread ingredients over crescent rolls except eggs and milk. Beat eggs and add to milk. Pour over mixture. Break 1/2 package rolls into small pieces. Add on top of mixture.

Bake at 325°F for approximately 50 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 8.
