QUICK AND EASY LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella slices
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
8 oz. lasagna, cooked & drained
1 can 912 oz.) tomato paste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Stir in tomatoes, paste and salt. Simmer 30 minutes. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.

Place 1/3 of sauce in baking dish. Top with lasagna. Add half cottage cheese and mozzarella. Repeat layers. Sauce will be on top. Cook 30 minutes.
