5 lg. onions
3-5 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. cumin
4 tbsp. paprika
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Dice onions. Boil in just enough water to cover onions. Boil until cooked done. Add spices. Break up hamburger into mixture and cook about 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
