ZEKE'S RIBS | |
4-5 lbs. baby back pork ribs 1 bottle Kraft Original Bar-B-Que sauce 1 bottle KC Masterpiece (original) Bar-B-Que sauce 1 c. water Cook ribs on bar-b-que grill or broiler until browned on both sides. Cut racks into individual ribs (if on the rack). Place individual ribs in aluminum baking pan. Pour both bottles of bar-b-que sauce over the ribs. Rinse each bar-b-que sauce bottle with 1/2 cup water and pour over ribs. Cover top of pan with aluminum foil and seal tightly. If cooking in oven, cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If cooking on the grill, place pan on grill and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Shake pan occasionally to keep ribs from sticking to the bottom of the pan. |
