YOGURT STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cubed
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 oz. sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. red wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. plain yogurt

Roll meat in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in butter a few pieces at a time. Return all meal to skillet; add liquid and spices; cover then bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Stir in yogurt just before serving and heat through. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
