2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high for 15 seconds. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.
