IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all in blender. Blend for 10 seconds 3 or 4 times. Pour into a buttered and floured 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes done when golden brown.
