IMPOSSIBLE PIE COCONUT CUSTARD 
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in blender. Mix thoroughly. Pour into deep pie plate or 2 small pie pans. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown, cool on rack.

Note: This pie bubbles while baking (when done it does fall, so don't think something is wrong).
