2 onions 2 carrots 3 celery Diced fine. Cook until nearly done. Brown 2 pounds ground beef lightly. Add 1 diced potato, cook until done. Add above vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Take 2 cups of mixture at a time and add a heaping teaspoon flour. Mix. Repeat until done. EGG ROLL WRAPS: Put heaping tablespoon of mixture in wrap. Roll and moisten ends and edges with water to seal. Fry in hot grease. Dip in sweet and sour sauce. |
