HONEY RHUBARB BETTY 
4 c. 1/2 inch sliced rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
2 tsp. water
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. honey
5 slices bread, cut in cubes (4 c.)

Combine first 5 ingredients in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Blend melted butter with honey. Stir in bread cubes. Spoon over top of rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
