WHITE FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can evaporated milk (1 reg.)
1 lg. marshmallow creme
1 lb. white chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar, butter, and milk in saucepan. Let come to a rolling boil for 15 minutes. Stir while boiling; remove from fire. Add marshmallow creme, white chocolate, and nuts. Beat well and pour in shallow pan; let cool. Cut in squares. Makes about 5 pounds.
