BEST WHITE FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
16 lg. marshmallows
1 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)

Butter a 9"x13" casserole dish. Heat sugar, butter, milk, condensed milk, nuts, corn syrup in 5 quart pan on medium heat, only to melt and blend ingredients. Set heat to medium low heat for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally (must be bubbly). Stir in wavy motion, not circular.

Remove from heat, stirring for 2 minutes. Add marshmallows and vanilla, stir 10 minutes. Pour in buttered dish. Cool, cut into squares. Refrigerate.
