WHITE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. marshmallow fluff
Dash of salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

In a heavy saucepan, mix sugar, flour, cream of tartar, salt and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until very thick. Pour into a greased 9 inch pan. Cool. Cut into small squares.
