HOT WATER PIE CRUST 
1/2 c. water
1 c. lard
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Boil water. Put 1 cup lard and 1/2 cup boiling water in bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix. Mix in 1 cup flour at a time. You may not need all of the third cup of flour. Roll out dough for size of pan.
