INDIVIDUAL MEAT LOAVES 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. catsup, divided
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. seasoned meat tenderizer
1 tsp. Accent
3 tbsp. dark corn syrup

Combine beef, cracker crumbs, egg, green pepper, onion, milk, 1/4 cup catsup, salt, pepper, meat tenderizer and Accent. Mix well. Shape mixture into 6 loaves and wrap individually in freezer paper or aluminum foil. Freeze. To serve, thaw in refrigerator and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine corn syrup and remaining 1 cup catsup. Brush on top of meat loaves and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
