1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter

Mix and melt above ingredients together, when cool add 1 small package miniature marshmallows and 1 package or can Spanish peanuts (12 ounces). Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Do not bake, store in refrigerator.
