SHRIMP ETOUFFEE 
1 lb. shrimp
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
3 cloves minced garlic
1 can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil

Wilt onions in oil. Add all other ingredients except shrimp and cook for one hour over low heat. Add shrimp about 20 minutes before cooking time is completed. Serve with rice.
