CAJUN CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 pkg. (1 lb) frozen crawfish
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 to 3 chopped jalapenos
1 stick melted butter
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Tony's Chachere Creole seasoning
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped green onions

Mix all together and bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350°F for 45 minutes to an hour.
