DINNER - IN - A - DISH | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 4 or 5 med. potatoes, sliced 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 soup can milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. Drain fat. In medium mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and soup can of milk. Stir until blended well. In an 8-inch square baking dish, alternate layers of meat and onion mixture and potato slices. Pour soup & milk mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4. NOTE: Ground turkey can be used as a healthy substitute in this recipe. |
