CHILI FOR A CROWD 
4 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1 qt. chopped onions
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/3 c. chili powder
2 tbsp. salt (less)
2 qts. tomatoes
2 (12 oz.) tomato paste
5 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans

Crumble and brown meat, add onions and saute until meat loses its pink color, stirring frequently. Add seasonings and simmer until ready to serve (at least 20 minutes). Makes 16 servings - 24 if served over rice.
