HOT DOG SAUCE (For a Crowd!) 
2 lb. hamburger, brown
2 1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. tomato juice (or V-8)
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. hot sauce
1/2 c. vinegar

Put in large pot. Simmer together until sauce thickens, about 1 hour. (May also be made in crock pot.) This sauce may be frozen in small containers and used as needed.
