SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
6 eggs
2 c. milk
4 slices bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown sausage. Place in the bottom of a greased 9"x13" pan. Place bread slices over the sausage. Pour the cheese in over the bread. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
