LATTICE-TOP CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked chicken (cut up)
Any vegetable (slightly cooked)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can fried onions (2.8 oz.)
1 c. biscuit mix
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Spread mixture into casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile combine biscuit mix, egg and milk to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken mixture to form a lattice. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are browned. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions and bake 3-5 minutes.
