CREOLE OKRA 
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. whole Okra or 1 box frozen whole Okra
1 can stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash and cut Okra into 3/.4 inch pieces. Chop onion and bell pepper. Saute onion and pepper until tender in oil. Add stewed tomatoes and Rotel tomatoes; add Okra. Stew on low setting or cook in baking dish in oven until Okra is tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
