SATURDAY NIGHT SPREAD 
1 sm. onion
2 stalks celery
1 sm. pepper
3 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. mustard
1 lb. ground meat
1 can chicken jumbo soup
3 tbsp. catsup
Salt & pepper to taste

Chop first 3 and fry in shortening until tender. Remove from skillet. Add meat to skillet and brown. Put in onion mixture and add other ingredients. Cook over low heat until thick enough to spread on buns.
