SELF - RISING FLOUR (1 POUND) | |
4 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. double active baking powder Mix all ingredients well. Store in tightly covered can or jar and use soon. Use in any recipe calling for self-rise flour. (To make cake flour: Use 1 cup flour minus 2 tablespoons sifted for each cup of cake flour called for in a recipe.) |
