SEASONED FLOUR FOR CHICKEN 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
2 tbsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. meat tenderizer

Shake in jar. To use, add equal portions of seasoned flour and plain flour.
